Graduated in Transport Systems Engineering at La Sapienza University of Rome, she is currently Manager in the Capital Projects & Economics group of PwC Italy. Emanuela has been providing consultancy services for almost 5 years in the field of Transport & Infrastructure. She has gained expertise in the field of strategic planning of transport systems, commercial and technical due diligence, investments & scenario evaluations and strategic assistance in the implementation of transport infrastructure projects and impact assessments.

She is a key expert in the railway sector, in particular concerning the evaluation of major rail infrastructure investments, implementation of technologies and digitalization of the sector, as well as the organization of operators and infrastructure managers, sector’s regulation and development of business plans for operators and OEMs.

Emanuela has experience working in an international and multi-lingual environment, in particular in Europe, supporting the European Commission for the development of the European TEN-T corridors
