Etienne Kuntzel has studied Electrical Engineering at Centrale-Supelec, France and University of Wisconsin, USA. He has been working in Telecom and Urban CBTC Signalling sectors before joining SNCF. Since January 2022, he is the Project Manager for the SNCF contribution to the OCORA initiative. OCORA is a collaboration of major Railway Undertakings who promote a modular, cost effective and evolutive ETCS On-Board systems.
