Wim Deckx is an accomplished executive with over 16 years of experience with ZF, having joined the company in 2006. He began his tenure at ZF Wind Power in Belgium, where he gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of wind power. During his time there, he played a crucial role in driving the growth of the company's service operations, ultimately becoming the Head of Service on a global level. In 2010 Wim transitioned to the role of Vice President Sales Asia, where he demonstrated his ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams across diverse cultures and geographies. In 2015, he joined ZF Aftermarket in various management positions, and quickly established himself as a results-driven leader with a keen eye for innovation and growth opportunities.

In 2018, Wim was appointed as the Director Non-Automotive for ZF Aftermarket, where he is responsible for driving growth and profitability in a range of non-automotive markets. One of the key areas of focus for Wim within his current role is the rail business.

With his deep understanding of the industry and his expertise in digital technologies, Wim has been able to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and safety of rail operations, while also enhancing the passenger experience.
